The Brown Stone community had a Neighborhood Watch kick off event on Sunday, September 16th, 2007. There were lots of families in attendence

The Neighborhood Watch Kickoff was:

• A free event organized by a group of volunteers who live in the Brown Stone neighborhood.
  
• A delicious BBQ!!
• An opportunity for neighbors to meet
• An opportunity to learn about the Neighborhood Watch program 
• Full of fun: kids activities, Lions game shown, and giveaways donated by local businesses

The event was well attended but there are still lots of residents that we haven't had a chance to meet yet! If you'd like to get active in our community, contact Sheryl Stapert and get connected!

The Brown Stone community held another Neighborhood Watch party on Sunday, October 12th. The fire truck was a great attraction and the kids had fun playing games, getting their faces painted, and enjoying treats.
