Around 3:45 a.m. this past Friday (Aug 29th), two teenagers were spotted trying to break in to a car parked in a driveway on Beulah Way. 911 was called and a thorough investigation was made by the Van Buren County Sheriff's Department in collaboration with the Mattawan Police Department.

Please remember to keep cars, garages and all house doors locked at all times. Apparently the teens will swipe quickly anything they can find on a path of least resistance.
